Define v\u00edctima como \u201cla persona que, de manera individual o colectiva, ha sufrido\u00a0da\u00f1os, incluidos los f\u00edsicos y los mentales, el sufrimiento emocional, p\u00e9rdidas econ\u00f3micas o la\u00a0disminuci\u00f3n sustancial de sus derechos fundamentales mediante actos u omisiones que violan\u00a0las leyes penales vigentes\u201d.<br \/>En las presentes fichas informativas, se abordar\u00e1 el tema de victimizaci\u00f3n para Jalisco, con un an\u00e1lisis de los siguientes m\u00f3dulos de la ENVIPE: I. Nivel de victimizaci\u00f3n y delincuencia, II. Caracterizaci\u00f3n del delincuente, III. Denuncia del delito, IV. Caracter\u00edsticas de las v\u00edctimas de delito, los delitos y los da\u00f1os y VII.
